Dear Dynamicweb,

How is (can) canonical urls handled for variants as these often have the exact same text, but two different urls for extended variants?

So we need a way to specify that only the master variants should be indexed and here I hope that a canonical url is my friend or something else?

Dynamicweb will calculate the canonical for the master product only.

So /tshirt-blue-small and tshirt-red-large will have a canonical the is /tshirt. If you need it in other versions, it is currently not supported.
