Add to cart item is showing in different sites

Hi Sir,

Based on our customer requirement, we have different sites with different BU(Business Unit). The registered member can enjoy the benefit in each BU with only ONE ACCOUNT.

The problem is when making "add to cart" in site A, same cart item is appeared on other sites (site B and site C) for same user account. 

May I know how can I handle this scenarios

Hi Hsu,

The functionality you describe is not possible per standard. If a user is logged in at the frontend (which I take is the case here), adds to the cart and logs out (without completing the order), the cart-id is saved on the user.

If the user logs in from another domain (but same solution), that cart with the cart-id stamped on the user will be loaded. Which is what you experience.

However, you can customize the solution by coding against our API to obtain the desired functionality.
