Hi all

Refer to above video link.

We had 2 ecomm sites within the same DW's solution.

One is TP (TimeDepot),  the other is Music (Crescendo).

These two are of 2 different Business Units within the same company.

The solution had only one company integration touchpoint withing NAV/LS Retail.   They use membership module.  Within that company,  2 BUs were configured.

With the same membership module,  that is to say the same member can buy from either BU and have earned aggregrated benefits.

****

I had placed an order from music website,  order number is order724

I had placed another order from TP website,  order number is order723

***

But when I went to respective site to view the order,  I noted that when I veiw order724 from TP website,  it tooks TP's logo.  The same order view in music website,  it tooks music's logo.  The same happen for order723.

However,  in the backend,  the orders were created correctly in its respective shop.

May I know how can we handle this type of busienss scenarios?

Thanks

Pang Lin

Hi Pang Lin

The logo on the receipt comes from the website settings of the website - so when you view the order in a customer center of that website, it will use that logo.

You have 2 make a customisation of the vieworder feature to either switch logo looking at the order.shopid - or link to the different view order pages (requires that both shops run on the same domain/hostname)
