Upgrade to 9.7.3 reults in no products or groups

Hi,

I upgraded DW from 9.5.5 to 9.7.3. Restarted web server, recycled pool and rebuilded all indexex but navigation is not displaying any product. If I go back to 9.5.5 everything works fine again.

 

What am I missing?

Hello Ivan,

I've tried to upgrade Rapido 311 solution based on DW9.5.5 to DW9.7.3 and do not have any issues with navigation like you have mentioned (it's applied for Product page).So, the issue is specific one for you solution only could be submitted to DW service desc. Thanks.

Do you have a link to the solution?

It could be related to assortments. Do you use those?

Hi Nicolai

No we do not use it but they are turned on because we use them to filter out the groups without products in tree. So assortments are turned on but we do not use them and we dont have any defined.

Try turning them off and see if this will make a difference - we did some major changes to assortments and navigation. Not the right solution for that problem as it will have an impact on performance.
