"Do not add base href" don't work on 404 pages

Hi Dynamicweb
The checkbox "Do not add base href" don't work on 404 pages. 

It's a problem for one of our municipal sites, who is running a SSL Offloader in front of the server. 

DW version 9.6.3

Bug, TFS#70328 - fixed now, out with next 9.6+9.7 hotfixes. (Dynamicweb.dll/package)
