Dear Sir,

I uploaded the product image with double dash and it is changed to the single dash. Please refer to my loom for detail.

Search button in the backend does not work perfectly for the name with dashes. Please refer to my loom for detail.

Is anyone can help me to find out solution asap?

Hi Thet

You can´t use double dash in filename. Dynamicweb will convert this to single dash.

Best practice solution is not to use double dash in filenames or systemnames.
