Licensing problem

I have 2 solutions on the same server. One of them is getting this error on the Admin panel:

The administration of this solution is locked by system administrator. Contact helpdesk. You license has expired! This can happen if you solution server cannot reach the Dynamicweb license server http://licens.dynamicweb-cms.com. To renew your license contact Servicedesk@dynamicweb.com or call +45 70 25 20 92

The license shows correctly in the backend and the file is also there on the filesystem with a current date.

On the server, I can access the licensing URL. What else can I check to resolve this?

Hi Terri,

If you have angel login then you can try this...
Go to Settings > System > License information
Click on "Refresh license"

Otherwise you probably need to contact helpdesk.

Thanks Morten. I've tried all of that. Let me run another test and if needed I'll contact the helpdesk.
