minor suggestion here: "Image settings" in the filesystem for a folder should perhaps be renamed. It is not clear that you are changing the settings for an entire folder.
We've had users select a couple of images and click "Image settings" only to find out that they've resized every image in the given folder. I know that the dialog box says "Resize images in folder", but it's easy to overlook.
I suggest renaming it "Image folder settings" or something to that effect. The word folder should probably be in there and it would help avoid a lot of confusion.
