Orders in wrong context (Default checkout handler) on version 8.9.1.7

On some Sweedish orders the order langauge context are wrong 

In the log it looks like the Dynamicweb "Default checkout handler" is used and not expected DIBS gateway

Is it possible allways to use DIBS and newer fallback to "Default Checkout Handler" without updating the site to a new version. ?

Any suggestions are appreciated

I am pretty sure it is possible. But you do not provide much information (and you image is not attached), so hard to tell what.
