Inconsistent list of Orders

Hi guys,

I am a bit confused by some difference I see in OrderList.
In the ecommerce section, if I click on Orders I sometimes get a different list than when I click on the Orders>{ShopName}

Is there a reson for that? Is there an additional filter applied on the second link?

Hi Adrian,

 

When you click on a "Shop", you are getting the list of orders associated with only that shop. If you only have 1 shop the list shoud be the same. If not, then it usually means there are orders that are not tied to a shop.

 

That could mean:

  • You have no Shop in the "Shopping Cart" app in Checkout
  • Integration is clearing the ShopId
  • Some custom development is deleting the ShopId

Hi Nuno,

This was my initial assumption as well. But in most cases we have just one shop, which means the lists should be identical.

And sometimes, they are not.

I will double check the existence of the SHOPID in the carts and orders.
