My client wants to use the impersonation features in DW. However, they have hundreds of customers, and in the list of customers their sales reps can impersonate, it is displayed in an unsorted list. How do I sort the alphabetically?

It depens on which solution you are using and how it is implemented.
If it is Rapido, the user comes from a query that is default sorted by user name. Change that to name. See dump (it has both username and name - onl use one of them).
If you are not using Rapido, you need to find the template and add and order by statement to the loop.
