When a customer is in order and payment mode, but would like to review the terms and condition, the shopping basket contains a link to those. However, this opens in the same window, so the user navigates away from the basket. This adds unneccesary friction to the shopping process. Is it possible to get the T&C in a pop-up, modal pop-up (or a new tab)?
