Insert/Update additional user addresses

Hi,

We are getting additional user addresses from ERP and depeding upon the XML received we want to update the exisitng addresses or inser new ones if they are not available against a user who is already available.

I have tried XML provider as a source and user integration as a destination provider. I also tried XML provider as a source provider with dynamicweb provider as destination. In both cases i am able to insert address but whenever i run the activity it adds the same user again. It does not update the address at all. 

i have recently started with integration and I have read a couple of replies on the forum related to addtional addresses and duplication issue but i was not able to get something out them.

if anyone have any idea please do share it.

HI Asim,

 

There is an ACCESSUSERADDRESSUID field you can use to save the address ID from the ERP and use that field as the key field in integration. That ensures the updates.

Hi Nuno, Thanks for your reply, you mean i should use xml provider as source provider and user provider as destination provider ? Also how i can use "ACCESSUSERADDRESSUID" as the key field in integration. //Asim
