Synchronizing User data between DW and ERP

Hi,

We are working with synchronization of user data between DW and ERP system. We need to run the user import and export batches after every 5 minutes.

We are experiencing some issues. E.g If we change the same user on both end and afterwards it is imported or exported than it removes the change in one end.

ERP is the primary source of data in our case but client wants to have proper 2 way sync on user data.

Do you guys faced the same issue ? if you have please can you share your experiences and how you go about it or any other suggestion.

I will really appericiate your response.

Hi Asim.

If changes are made in both ends in the same interval, one of them have to decide what to keep and what not. Alternatively you need a giant system to keep track of changes of each field and handle if both sides when the same field is edited both places.

I would make it so that the website sends changes to ERP live and use sync for changes made in ERP to website.
