Hi Ma Ma,

I'm not quite sure what the problem is, to be honest, so maybe I'm just misunderstanding you. :)

If you use the old permissions, you don't have a right-click option for the different sections (ecommerce, Content, Files etc.). Maybe that is the problem?

I posted wrong loom video. Sorry about that.

I have one project upgraded application version 8.9.1.7 to 9.4.15. After that , we upgraded application version 9.5.3.
What I found is :
First, Permission feature on Shop is old permission setting ( https://www.useloom.com/share/c9126ce5a2ca49e5bc378dfedb898f7b)
Second, Permission feature upon every right click is missing ( https://www.useloom.com/share/64489b7c3cbf4841b4bc831d3ddebe57)

May I know are there any setting to change Old permission setting to New permission setting.
I tested old permission setting and it doesn't work properly.
Please advise.

Dear Nicolai,

I set user permission to 'None' for user group 'Authenticated User(backend) and set user permission to 'All' for 'Admins' group. 
When I logged in with the user which is in 'Admins' group, 'User' section became missing. 
When I unchecked 'Use new permission model' in Control Panel > Users, this section appeared but I cannot set permission setting and 'Permission' did not appear on right click. 

Can you please advise how can I do to appear 'Users' section and set 'Permission' again?

I found that the warning regarding 'banning yourself' in doc. But unfortunately, I accentially did this firstly. 
Can you please help us to make appear 'User' section again and set 'Permission' again in following link?
