Does DynamicWeb support Level 2 & 3 data submission through Authorize.net?  It looks like Authorize.Net just added support for level 3:

Are there any plans to support this if not?

Hi Charles.

No, that's not supported today and there aren't any plans to add it any time soon. The provider is relatively simple so if needed you / we could clone it and add the functionality ourselves. Note that you're using the advanced version of the gateway which isn't officially supported anymore .
