Hi,

My customer is using DW version 8.9.2.19 and they have a problem capturing payments from Quickpay from within DW.

They are using Quickpay 3 as payment provider and it is labeled as deprecated, which could give an indication to why they cannot always capture the payments.

Is the best option to use the new Quickpay Payment Window and ask them to capture the payments from within Quickpay's controlpanel or am I missing something?

Hi Kurt

Yes, Quickpay made a new system and you customer should change to that one - including the updated provider for payments. Also we do not support deprecated implementions with hotfixes and updates.
