Sort Payment methods

Hi guys,

I have a solution (9.3.13) where I need to display the payment options in the order they are set in the backend.

No matter what I try, they are displayed in a different order than the sort order from backend.

I have attached 2 screenshots.

Same thing for Shipping options.

It will sort by that if you render all payments. If you only select some of them, the sortorder in the selected payments will be used - and they can be resorted using the arrows next to the selected box, see dump.

I suppose it behaves the same way for both Shipping and Payment.
