Permission issues (new permission model) in version 9.4.9

Hi. 

We've experienced some issues regarding the new permission model in version 9.4.9. 

If you right click on a page (in earlier versions), you would get a permission item in the drop down menu. This seems to have disapeerd in the new version, and doesn't seems to have som effect in the frontend. If you set a specific user groups permission to "None", the user will still be able to view the page.

I have it...

It could be a licensing issue. The new permissions are only in some license types, so if you have a AIO 'limited edtion' it will not be there. It can also be a license that has not been refreshed after we added this to the license. Go to settings, system, license information and click refresh.
