RMA module is gone

Hi guys,

We lost the RMA module under Ecommerce on some of our recent sites. I poked around in the Module table but it seems RMA is not a separate module. What's needed for the module to appear?

I have another site on 9.4.8 where it shows up. Is that the fix / answer? Was this a version issue?

No probably a license issue.

The license has to have a RMA feature in it - so if you have applied a license, it misses the RMA feature. If it is a trial, it might be an error in trial license.

So if you provide us with a URL or tell if it is a trial, I can look into it.

The module is gone on http://rizzo.dw-demo.com which runs on 9.4.6 with a Full Trial license. The module does show up on http://dev-rizzo.dw-demo.com/ which runs on 9.4.8, also with a Full Trial license.
