Hi,

 

I am trying to sort my products in the ecommerce, but it is not affecting the output.

I sort it in ecommerce:

I choose it as sort in the module (i have tried choosing nothing as well, and also removed the "score" sort from the query)

And the order is not changed in the output

What am I missing? I tried resetting the IIS server. Maybe it does not work wih the index?

 

It is a standard Rapido Beta 2 on a Dynamicweb 9.3.10. I can provide a URL if you need it.

As you can see from the explanation, it is an issue for products in multiple groups using the index.

Thanks for the quick reply!

It makes sense - though they do have a primary group, and it is when browsing the primary group.

Then it should be able to work. Check the setup and provide us with a link to look into it.
