Multiple order emails and orders in integration

Hi,

I have an issue with some orders sending order email and doing order integration multiple times.

DW is v8.9.2.15. Order integreation is standard eConomic. Payment gateway is DIBS Flexwin.

Highlights from orderlog:

First order is completed succesfully - checkout done is logged twice and then i also see a dibs cancel entry.

Is there any way to prevent the order is complete event to be fired twice?

Hi Martin

I have no good ideas from what you have posted. We need access to the solution in order to take a look into the matter. I'll ask the service desk to contact you or you are welcome to send them an email to get them to look into it.

You might want to find someone in your organisation with a certification to create the case... Or get one in a hurry :-).
