Hi Guys,
I have a situation where the client has to localize products across different languages.
I have defined first the Master Product, I have set which Fields should be dfferent across languages and across Variants, leaving almost everything that is meant to be editable at Master product level.
However, I have noticed that upon localization of the product, the localized variants are created as Simple instead of Extended. Meaning that they do not hold the product number.
I want to avoid asking them to manually open each variant to make it extended. I was thinking there should be an easy setting to do that (apart from importing).
I have been looking for such a setting for the past hour but I could not identify anything obvious that should be taking care about this behavior.
Any help in the right directionwould be appreciated.
