Howto redirect an inactive product?

Hello,

 

We have items maintained in a ERP system and needs in the Dynamicweb administration to setup redirects for inactive items, but how is this done? Right now the user is displayed a 404-page even though a redirect is setup in direct paths.

So what to do?

Could you check if you have a value in global settings in /Globalsettings/Ecom/Product/ProductNotActivePage. If not, the direct path should work.

Hi Nicolai,

 

That setting is empty and still no effect for entries in "Direct Paths". Should I report til support?
