Missing version downgrade and latest and recommended settings

The option to downgrade if an upgrade gives problems is very important and (was) a great feature that we have user very often.
It seems to be gone in DW9 but should be in DW9 too.

Latest and recommended settings is also an important and timesaving feature when you have to manage 100+ solutions.

There are no plans of re-introducing the "Latest" and "Recommended" features, that we used in DW8. However, we do acknowledge that partners with a lot of solutions, like yourself, will have to have a way of easily keeping the solutions up-to-date. We are therefore considering a different approach that will not disturb the solutions in the same way as the old approach did, by letting administrators update packages from the backend on Free/Express/Standard solutions when running on a specific application-folder. The idea is still just an idea and we do not have anything testable at the moment, but we will let you know if and when we do.

The reasons for having these functions does also apply to the larger licenses like All in One so it should be made possible for all.
