Index problems after upgrading from 9.2.17 to 9.3.5

I upgraded from 9.2.17 to 9.3.5 and suddenly my index was messed up.
The query had wiped all settings, and show no options, even though they where there before I upgraded.

Also I can see a lot of js errors.

Hi Martin

This indicates that MVC for DW is broken somehow. It probably comes from something related to Global.asax. Make sure Dynamicwebs version is in your root of the application
