ChargeLogic canceling payments

Hi there,

I'm trying to use the ChargeLogic Connect payment gateway but the payment is always cancelled. We realized that there is a "?Action" parameter with value Approve but DW is redirecting to the cancel state (and template). If we remove the "?" from the previous url we get the order complete template. Is anyone experiencing the same issue?

DW version: 9.2.17.

Thanks in advance,
BR, Mário

Further to Mario's question above.  I've noticed that on a DW8 implementation of ChargeLogic we have this checkout handler configured:  eCom7/CheckoutHandler/ChargeLogic/Payment/paymentconfirmation.cshtml   (2kb)

On DW9 there are numerous handlers:

 eCom7/CheckoutHandler/ChargeLogic/Payment/payment.html (1Kb)

 eCom7/CheckoutHandler/ChargeLogic/Payment/payment_confirmation.html  (4Kb)

 eCom7/CheckoutHandler/ChargeLogic/Payment/payment_token.html  (0Kb)

 eCom7/CheckoutHandler/ChargeLogic/Payment/payment_token.html  (2Kb)

 eCom7/CheckoutHandler/ChargeLogic/Payment/payment_tokens.html  (2 Kb)

None of these seem to work. The DW9 configuration documentation does not show the correct handlers as it only shows a screenshot and the method selections are not fully displayed.  This site is set to go-live on 10/17/17 we really need to get this resolved so that we can begin testing.

Hi,

I'll check up on the provider.

Do you use SSL as required (from Documentation: "The ChargeLogic Connect checkout handler requires a SSL certificate to protect your customer payment information").

+ Check the test information about amount code, e.g. to test responses from ChargeLogic Connect, you can make a series of payments with the test cards above and price ending in a certain way – ChargeLogic Connect will then always return one of the standard responses from ChargeLogic Connect.

For instance, processing an order with a test card and an amount ending in .58 will return the Invalid Card response. So in order to get an approved order, you need an amount ening with .00:

.00

APPROVED

Hi Merethe,

Thank you for your response.
Yes, the website has SSL certificate. I tested again with an amout that ends in .00 and got the same results: https://www.screencast.com/t/joXvCa34u

Hi,

It seems that ChargeLogic has changed something in their system and we have contacted them to find out what's changed. We await answer from them.

I have created bug # 39564.

Kind regards,
Merethe
