No CalculateOrder request sent on english site

Hi, I have a shop running liveintegration where the cart is calculated throug Request CalculateOrder sent. It works fine on the danish shop but not on the english shop. I can see in the log that Request CalculateOrder is not send on the english site. Any idea why?

Hi Kim,
check your live integration settings. If you have some "Shop" selected, then the live integration will only work for that shop (for that Shop you need to check if it is selected for your web site:
goto Websites->choose your website-> eCommerce->Shop check if your shop is selected there).

Hi KIm,
are you testing with logged in front-end user?
Do you use the standatd live integration source code or custom one?
What version of dynamicweb are you on?

yes the user is logged in, just like he is on the DK shop.

We use standard live integration source code

DW 8.7.2.3
