Hi guys,

THis request is mostly for the forum section on this website.

I need a way to se only my posts. Right now I have a hard time looking for my posts.

Not sure if there is already a way to do it or if it's something useful for other members as well.

Thanks,

Adrian

Hi Adrian

Good suggestion. We are working on replacing search and would also be able to add an option to list own posts only.

Thank you for considering it Nicolai.

This change will probably help avoiding duplicate posts or even posting something in the first place (if the search is better).

One other thing that might be useful (if it's not already implemented) would be the ability to post a reply by replying to the email notification.
We all use task management systems and I believe we got used to this ability.

Thanks,

Adrian

In addition to "My posts", could you also consider the following:

1. Threads I started -  great for finding out the status on your own posts
2. Threads I participated in - useful to find an old thread you knew you contributed somehow in the past.
3. Unanswered posts - great if you're bored on a rainy Sunday afternoon and you want to spend some time helping fellow developers

It would be cool of these filters could work at the category level. rather than just at the forum level.

Cheers,

Imar

I also find the need to filter/sort by date and filter by the ones that "have an answer"

When searching some posts are rather old and related to DW7

On seperate ocasions, just getting posts that got an answer helps us find what we're looking for a lot quicker

Have to say I agree with the sort by Date. Most forums use a "newest first" type listing/ordering.

I find it rather difficult to find posts and it is useful to sort them by newest first (and that the order doesnt change when they are replied to).

Regards.
