You can uise the Dynamicweb send provider. Be aware that sending out using the email marketing uses the server drop folder and smtp service (using smarthosts) to send emails - where as forms probably uses the smtp from settings directly. So you need to make sure that your dropfolder is configured correctly.

I've added a new provider in: Management Center -> Marketing -> Email Marketing -> Delivery providers. I've set it to use "Dynamicweb Save Provider" and folder "/Filer/Cart".

Also, there are no timestamps at the e-mail (see attached screenshot). Off course this makes sense because I havn't received any mails, but if DW tried sending the mail with a SMTP failure, wouldn't a timestamp show up anyway?

The solution is installed on a custom server btw.

It is hard to tell - I cannot do much when you host your self. I can have our service desk help you out debugging the setup if you provide us with an access. But that would be by the hour.

I guess that you need to change your recipient settings to a shorter time for test purposes. Check attached screenshot where I have changed mine to test an abandoned email.

I hope that you'll recieve the emails with the same setup.

Remember to change back to a longer time period in order not to spam your customers :)
