Most Visited Content

Hi,

In Marketing's Dashboard (using 9.2.8), the "Most Visited Content" number of visits and percentage values seem very strange. I know Analytics behave differently across platforms/softwares, but we get the exact same amount for most of our pages.

Did anyone ever notice them to be wrong?

I can provide a URL via email, since the public domain redirects to another website if you're not in the USA (or use a US proxy to access www.australiangold.com)

Best Regards,

Nuno

Hi Nicolai,

Sure (should have done it initially). Here it is.

In this case the "Shop" page is the product catalogue. Dependeing on how "Most Visited pages" accounts for these, it's either accurate or should be a lot more results (products list and product detail page).

The most important thing is understanding how this data is collected, so we (and the customer) can make something out of it.

Best Regards,

Nuno

It is visitors that is shown here - not pageviews. So if one visitor makes 100 views of the shop page, it is still one view.
