Print order in order management

Hi,

I am trying to create a print order template in Order Management module in the back end admin but it seems that the print order page is having issue. I've tested this in both Dynamicweb version 9.1.6 and Dynamicweb version 9.2.9 but it is the same issue for all DW 9 version. Please let me know how to fix this as I need to create multiple print templates for internal users and customer copy when delivery. Thanks.

Thank you for your reply. I will see if i can upgrade the solution to 9.2.11 as I have some other custome module installed in this solution.
