OMC - Newsletter subscriptions report

Hi,

The Newsletter subscriptions report at Marketing reports is not recording the newsletter form actions: https://www.screencast.com/t/Eaoc8fYHP

Our newsletter form is a paragraph with Extranet/Intranet (Extended) module set as Create profile / Manage subscription. Do we need any special configuration to make this work? Maybe specifing the newsletter form?

I searched at DW documentation and couldn't find anything related to the Reports section at OMC.

DW version: 8.9.2.0

That is the old newsletterv3 signup it uses.

In dw9 both newsletterv3 and the report is gone...
