Deleted item in nameditemlist is not deleted

Hi

If I delete an item from a nameditemlist the item is only removed from the nameditemlist. The item itself is still in the database and therefore it can be published by an itempublisher like this:

http://mysite/item-publisher.aspx?itemId=Test:1

Im running DW v9.2.8

The problem TFS#32629 "Deleted item in nameditemlist is not deleted" has now been fixed in version 9.2.11
