Some wishes for the named itemlist GUI

Hi

I would really like you to make an overhaul of the GUI for named itemlists:

  1. The richtext editor field should fill full width in named itemlists? (see attached screenshot #1)
  2. The buttons "Save", "Save and close", "Cancel" and "Help" should stick to the top if you scroll down the page
  3. The add button to add itemtype instances in the itemlist should stick to the buttom of the window
  4. Remove markup in richtext column in the list (see attached screenshot #2)

Hi Lars

Thank you for the input - we have a list of improvements for items as we discussed in other threads - we will take these suggestions into consideration as well.
