Hi Guys,

I have the following issue. I have a multicountry/multilanguage ecommerce website.

Each country has it's own shipping provider with the ability to generate AWB's.

The problem I have is that the admin has to switch backend languages in order to generate the documents for each country.

For some reason, the language information is not taken from the Language saved on the order but from the language of the interface.

Is this a bug of the platform or a bad implementation of the shipping provider?

Hi Adrian,

What Shipping Provider are you using? Our GLS shipping provider supports shipping documents but I can't see that it contains any language information in the generated csv file.

"ORDERx4189MN","dwtest","Bjørnholms Allé 30, Add2, Add","add","8230","Viby J","008","27-01-17","1.00","1","","","A","Z","dwtest","","00000","","","","","","","","","",""

I guess that you don't use the provider for the danish postal service, which is the other provider that supports shipping documents :)

Can you provide more information or steps to reproduce?

Hello Merethe,

We are using a custom shipping provider built from the sample code that's available for developers.

It's not a complicated one. We don't calculate shipping charges we just use it to generate the documents for the shipping.

I will see how I can give you access to the details of it.
