Hi Anders,
To ensure that the feature nowadays works as expected, I've tested it on DW948 as follows:
1. Use Vat Group with 20% of VAT and 'Reverse charge for VAT' option enabled;
2. Use product with price 100 and uses the VAT group in VAT matrix;
3. 'Calculate % shipping fee including VAT' option should be checked in Settings> Ecommerce > Advanced configurations > Prices ;
4. Use a shipping has 1% fee defined via matrix;
5. Render product list has the product - note the price includes VAT defined in 1 (120 -OK)
6. Add the product to cart and check the priced - note shipping fee includes VAT percent (1.2 - OK)
7. Empty the cart, render the product list has added parameter to link to enable the reverse in frontend (as it's described in DW doc topic , I've used token taken from appropriate tag rendered in the list) - note the VAT % is not included to the product price (100-OK)
8. Add the product to cart, check the product price/chipping fee - VAT is not included to the price/fee, completed order has the same amounts of price/fee (100,1.0-OK)
