Password complexity error message

Hi,

I am experiencing something odd. It looks like the password complexity error message if being generated by DW, instead of getting the data from the paragraph module settings.

Is this a bug or should I be changing it somewhere else?

Seems to be hardcoded in our system. You can always pass them to the translate system and use the UI to give them other wording.

I'll create a backlog to change it.
