Packages section is not working after Upgrade

Hi,

We have upgraded a project from DW 8.8.1.13 to DW 9.1.0.  After fixing the API changes, everything is working properly except for the Packages section from Settings Menu. Kindly see the attached screenshots and please advise how to fix this issue. Thanks.

The package system won't be publically released until 9.2. The node was supposed to have been hidden in 9.1.0 but slipped through. In short: You can't fix it or use it, so just ignore it
