Refunding Gift Cards

Hi there,

Is there a way to refund a gift cart? We have a custoimer who canceled an order in their ERP and now I need to refund the amount that was taken off the credit card. Should I delete rows from the EcomGiftCardTransaction table that match the ID of the order that was used?

Hi Imar

Yes, I see no other options... We made it so you cannot change the giftcard using the UI (Some financial legislation thing)
