Address Validation during checkout

Hi Guys,

Is there any way to decide if I want to use Address Validation (Smarty Street, Avalara or any other method) by a setting on the Cart module (assuming I have multiple checkout flows on the same solution) or some setting on the user or directly in the template?

Or at least decide what I want to validate? Like only Zipcode (because I am using the Zipcode for Shipping Fee calculation)?

That is not possible. You can only distingus for each country - so you validate american addresses, but not Danish ones.
