Problems loading index

Hi all,

I have a problem, where produclists from index won't show. This has been an issue on my local install for a while but now also shows up in my test enviroment.

The template seems to not see the Ecommerce module when I select, show from Index, but shows the list when I select show from Product Groups.

Any others who have run in to this issue?

These could be some probably causes:

  • Your search does not return anything (because of its conditions) - use the querypublisher to validate that the search in fact returns something
  • Your index is empty
  • Your index is being build and you only have one instance
  • Your search uses the parameter "eComQuery" which can colide with the old database based search in Ecommerce
  • You have selected a search and/or facet on the paragraph settings that have later been renamed.

Check these out and see if you can find something. Otherwise provide me with a link so we can take a look.

Thx Nicolai,

Seems the problem occured when i added a new field to the index, a new query and a new Facet, I'll look look into the exact problem and try to add these without issues. One by one.
