This is more like a bug than a request but I might be wrong and the current behavior might be the intended one, in which case I will request a change.
In the ItemType definition, if you define a field of type Item List Relations, you will get a list of all Items that have been checked to be used as paragraphs instead of the ones that are checked as Item Lists.
While this might not be an issue for Item Type Definition, it becomes a problem when selecting paragraphs for a page because all the Items that are supposed to be used only for lists, are listed as paragraph options.
