Maybe it's a matter of getting used to, but I felt lost trying to find the paragraph the first few times I entered a page with a single paragraph.
I agree that the information there is needed and once I taught myself how DW9 was made it easier, but looking at it, my eyes shift to the paragraph list header first (probably because it's all uppercase and bold), and only then I look for the content placeholder and finally the paragraph.
Not sure if there's a way to improve this a bit, with bigger spacing on the bottom part (after the paragraphs) and/or making the headers grey (PARAGRAPH NAME, INCLUDE, EDITED,..) so the paragraphs have a bigger contrast.
