table indexes to aid with Email Marketing statistics

Are there any recommended indexes that could be added to the Marketing Email tables? We have a client that wants to retain all historical statistics but at this point, trying to view any of them results in a timeout. In the current state, other than being able to send emails, the rest of the functionality is unusable.

Also, is there any documentation on implementing google analytics? If done now, will all stats be ported over or only new email stats?

Hi Terri

No, we do not have that.

But you can provide us with a copy of your data and I'll have someone look into the issue. By adding indexes and/or fix the reporting to not blow up.

I opened an engage case about this previously as well. The case number is 116419. If the application isn't still available from that case, I can upload a new one.

Hi Terri

I did some additional testing on this and are able to reproduce the problem on your site.

But we are not able to reproduce the problem on our current local copy. So we would need a new copy of the Database.

Also could you send the Server specifications.
