Admin user can edit paragraph templates from the paragraph templates selector in the paragraph edit window/view.

(Related to template access in filearchive?....)

Hi Per

Thanks for the feedback. I've added item 26271 "Make it possible to disable edit link on layout selectors for non-administrator users" to the backlog
