No thumbnail or preview of image when placing image in paragraph

When i place an image in a paragraph i can only see the name of the image but no thumbnail or preview. Leaving me to try and error placing images.

There should be a way to see the images as thumbnails and select them..

Could you ellaborate? Is it the file picker you talk about - we have that 'bugged' already.

In a paragraph I click to select an image an I get a pop-up with a list of images with an icon and the name of each image.
I need to be able to see the image to decide which is the right one.

So the list should contain a small thumbnail and maybe an option to chose larger thumbnails so i can work WYSIWIG...
