Maps module doesn't load JS API

The output of the module looks like this:

<script type="text/javascript" src="%2f%2fmaps.googleapis.com%2fmaps%2fapi%2fjs%3fv%3d3%26sensor%3dfalse"></script>

It's URL encoded which fails loading the JS resource.
