Since we are claiming the all-in-one solution with integrated Online marketing and stuff, I figured we need a closer integration between Forms and users.
Right now, a form posted by a user (be it anonymous or registered) is a separate object. It does not have any connection with users and therefore it's impossible to use that data in any marketing campaign, profiling etc.
What I envision is the possibility that everytime a user fills a form on the website, the user should be automatically created (in case the email does not exist already) or added (in case the email exists) in a folder named based on the Form Name.
Moreover, it would be nice to have a possibility to see from the user detail page, all forms that the user have been submitted in the past (of course, based on the email of the user).
I know I am gonna receive this reply saying that I can do that already if I program something and use a notitification and stuf but I would like this to be a part of the all-in-one claim of this solution.
One of our prospects actually noticed that we don't have this all-in-one approach even if we claim it so any effort in actually owning this claim would be welcomed for everybody.
