On a site heavily based on items the user can go to the MC and mess it up/delete items (and content in items) with no fall back.
Therefore we need to be able to block acces for admin and other users to the items area in the MC - like we can with access to templates, design etc.
Also it could be good to be able to block access so some item based website settings.
